Not the right fit, size, or shade? We make exchanges easy across all Gadget Mint categories.

Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/seals intact
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Applies to fashion, beauty, home, and gadget items alike (size, color, or variant swaps)

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us via the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
2. We'll confirm availability of your preferred size, color, or variant.
3. Ship the original item back to us (or arrange a reverse pickup where available).
4. Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch your replacement item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care items, and used electronics, cannot be exchanged unless defective — see our Warranty Policy for defective items.
