Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2-4 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3-6 business days

Shipping Charges

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 5,000. Orders below this threshold incur a standard delivery fee, calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order from Track Your Order or your account.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
