Warranty Coverage
- Eligible electronics and gadget items include a manufacturer warranty period as stated on the individual product page (commonly 3-12 months).
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Non-electronic categories (fashion, beauty, home decor) are covered under our standard 7-day Exchange Policy for manufacturing defects instead of a time-based warranty.
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Products without a valid order number or proof of purchase
How to Claim Warranty
Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the fault. We'll guide you through inspection, repair, or replacement depending on the product and manufacturer terms.
