Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Gadget Mint allows order cancellations within a limited window to ensure fast processing and delivery for everyone.

When You Can Cancel

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not yet been packed or dispatched.
• Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp, quoting your order number. Our team will confirm the cancellation status within a few hours.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If payment was made online, refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders require no refund action.
